2007 update: A
variety of photos from the last year documenting the fabrication of
battery box, fuel tank cover, side panels, cab gutter, and dynamic
brake cooling grid. During the summer of '06, thieves stole over
$35,000 worth of metal, including all of 190's traction motor cables
which were later found stripped. Work continues on the mechanical
aspects of the locomotive, inspecting the prime mover thoroughly, and
installing some electrical components, as well as the roof.
